The MOST important question coming up now, the all mighty 3DMARK 2001, which card is faster?? 6800GT or X800pro? All these time I have never, ever, never seen anyone posted info about which is faster in 3dmark... mostly just opinions and don't know jack.... lol Anybody "actually" owns BOTH of these cards (with Lod setting@ equivalent to zero) and similar IQ quality possible and run 3dmark to see what scores you get? No biased testing please......

doom 3 is ogl

Far cry has 3 renderers, ogl, d3d dx9.0 and dx 8.1

can't really measure with 3dmark01 its kinda old to test all the features of todays gpu's

from where i come from, the 3dmark 01 is still very important bench to me... funny thing is I haven't seen the bench comparison on this program.. maybe I missed something? i got slow azz dialup connection mon..... :eek:
 
lol over all I think both cards are very close in 3dmark03 with a small lead by the gt, that should pull over to 3dmark01 as well. Both have excellent IQ as well
