D-Tools x64 won't install

Hey all, I'm trying to install D-Tools for xp 64. I go to install it, and a few steps in it says to reboot before continuing. I reboot, it automatically continues installing, but then says I need to reboot, and it just gets stuck in this loop. Anybody have any experience with this?
