Heh, I'm trying to get a dual 800 mhz PIII up. This Abit VP6 is a bitch to get an OS on tho...
 
i've got a pair of P4's at 1.8 and 2.4 GHz coming in a week or so... (once they get DSL)

and a P3 @ 1GHz almost for certain by Monday

well I just got my new system up and running so the XP2400 is down for now (untill I get it running neked) but my Sempron 3000 is running like a champ :D

edit: is there any way for me to add to the poll? it looks kind of sad only having 1 Mac showing up when I have actually added several :(

 
Just got another friend's Barton 2500+ borged. Though for some reason this thing has been running really hot, so we set the CPU usage to 50%. Oh well, every little bit helps.

Forgot to add the PIII 500e boxen I built this week and upgraded to 128 meg this morning after the thunderstorm ( thanks poisonedpawn) :) 298-1=297

Just upgraded a box this week from a 1 gig athlon Tbird to an AXP 2200

so thats about 1 ghz added.


 
i started folding a month or so ago but i never registered here.... so....... i have....

athlon xp 2800+ [2.08 ghz]
athlon xp 1700+ @ 200+ [1.73 ghz]
pentium m 1.4 ghz

which brings a grand total of....

5.21 ghz... rounded to 5

so...

295 - 5 = 290

gonna get a p4 box and another axp box soon... hopefully......

We're counting CPUs in this thread, not gHz. 295 - 3 = 292.

re-Added four Intel's, should have one AMD up again once i remember the root password... :mad:

I just got my brother's roommate to borg his computer for me. It's an Athlon 1.2GHz, so it won't be the fastest, but it won't be the slowest either. So, that's

284 - 1 = 283

 
I just started folding and have my primary system as well as a borged system.

Primary System: Athlon XP 2500+
Borged System: Celeron 2.2 GHz

I added my box xp2200+ in process of upgrading this week to amd64 so more powah soon!

added 600mhz HP to the mix

Have some older boards with an extra cpu I may set up as well, saw some of the racks you guys built and gave me some ideas to make me a farm :D

so slowly but surely were getting there

not sure if that last count is 249 but I'll add my 3ghz work box to the mix. been folding for around 2 weeks now.

i would like to run 2 instance of f@h but the noise would be too distracting (case is a mATX)

248 PCs to go??
