Why is he loading in the 70s? He blames it on TAT... But even in TAT My loads are in the high 50s

Who is loading in the 70's? My avg load with the Fuzion running my 6700 at 1.56V, 3.85Ghz and using TAT is ~64C. If I downclock to where you are, I'd load in the 30's :)
