Since I finally got this BS fixed after 6 months (shelved it) I figured I would share the solution.
Symptom: Logs into the internet and gets a connection on the status page, but can NOT browse, ping, etc... the internet on any computers connected to it. Full LAN usage.
Solution: on each computer set the preferred DNS to 4.2.2.2, and the alternate to 4.2.2.3
Was on the phone for an hour before I got a tier two tech that had me do that. I thought I was just going through the steps to get an RMA, but apparently this fixed it. Not sure how or why (I thought DNS was supposed to be the routers address??), and I also find it very annoying to have to do on each computer but ohwell.
