D-Link DGL-4500

It depends. Though D-Link (in the past) advertised the DGL-4500 as a dual-band 802.11n router, it can only operate in one of the two N bands (2.4GHz or 5GHz) at a time.

Why are you considering the DGL-4500 over the WRT-54GL?
 
Well it's supposed to make your gaming better and prioritize it. I game on my PC/XBOX/PS3 a lot so I'm just curious if it really makes a difference or not.
