Well, I was uninstalling firefox and putting in mozilla and while im installing it says cant find specific file would you like mozilla to remove contents (me thinking only mozilla) from d drive fully and so i say yes and wth happens well MOZILLA DEALTES ALL MY FILES!!!!!!

whatever i got more space thank god i didnt have any important crap on d.

well is there anything I can get before backing up files on hundreds of cds and floppy drives like maybe a cheap external hd.... or something... becuase i dont want to save a file burn it fo like only 1 kb .

I can't really understand your post very well...perhaps it would have been better to create it when you were more calm.

I am not going to officially doubt you, but I find it very unlikely that uninstalling Firefox would result in a completely blank, empty D drive. Are you sure you didn't do anything else at the time?

You answered your own question, to back things up, you can get an external hard drive.

How much storage are you looking for? If its just a few important files, a USB flash drive will work out for you, otherwise, I'd go with a external hard drive.

like 20 gbs would be fine... gives me room for some other stuff too i guess.
