Hi guys. I have used a rat 7 for a while now and I'm replacing the feet now. If I need a new mouse soon I'm looking at the cyborg mmo7. I have a couple quick questios. Can the action locks be programmed with keybinds? What I was hoping for is if I can use an action lock button to turn on auto fire (multiple presses of mouse button 1) in fps games or is it just for holding down the mouse buttons?thanks

If you turn them off via the firmware you can download at their site, you can then use the programming software to tell it you want the action lock button on M! to be "A", "F1", or any other key. The same goes for the action lock button on M2. When it's set up like that, it's just like pressing any key on your keyboard or mouse. You can then set that action lock key to "latched" in the mouse software which would mimic holding down a key on your keyboard by just pressing the action lock button once and taking your finger off it. You would then press it again to make it think you let go.

e.g. You set rapid fire in the game to "F1"

You turn off the action lock function via the firmware

You set one of the action lock buttons to have a keybind of "F1" in the mouse software

You set that action lock button's keybind to also be "latched"

I don't think you can set any of the buttons to autospam though. However, holding down any key on the mouse (other than M1, M2 and the scrolls) spams the keybind in question according to the test phase.
