Cvar command to limit max fps

Does anyone know the cvar command to cap the maximum FPS at 30? I know it sounds crazy, but I like the cinematic feel it gives the game. With CCC 2.21 + Extreme CFG SSAO, my FPS averages 25–40. I’d like to cap it at 30 for a more consistent experience, as I think a steady 30 FPS with motion blur looks great in this game. Any help?

couldnt you just set a 30fps cap in your gpu control panel?

Set your monitor refresh rate to 30 hz. Then you can have cinematic web browsing and file exploring too.

Yeah, create a custom resolution so you can set your monitor to 24hz. The time between frames will be so long the liquid crystals start losing charge and deforming for extra cinematic blur.

Both AMD and NVIDIA have built in FPS limiters in their driver apps these days, or you can use Riva Tuner Statistics Software.
