cutting my new window

Alright, I have all my tools to start cutting my new window in my case. My main tool for cutting the window is my Dremel 300 Series rotary tool. I got the straight cuts figured out; however, how do I cut small rounded edges around the corner of the window? I also have to cut these small squares for the bolt and screw, to mount the window on. These small squares have to be 1x1 cm. How would i go about cutting the squares?
