Hey guys,

I've got an Antec SuperLANboy. Seeing as how my CPU temps are 40C under moderate load (XP-120 / Yate Loon 120mm) and my case's ambient temperature is consistently 35C or higher, I'm thinking of getting a stronger intake fan than the included Antec 120mm fan.

The fan must have blue LED's and push more than 39 CFM...I think my search may have come to a close with the Antec TriCool 120mm.

My question is the fact that there's not much room to hide 4 pin molex connectors in the super LANboy's front fan mount, and the connection required is 3 pin and built in to the case housing. Would it be okay to cut the 4 pin wires and then cover the bare leads with electrical tape?

Also, any other recommendations for a 120mm blue LED fan that pushes a good amount of air? Silence isn't a huge factor, I've got a fan controller...

and thanks in advance, you guys rawk. :D

Cheers,
JP
