Cutting fan grill off antec case

i have one the normal antec (alienware) cases. I want to cut the fan grill off the 2 back and 2 front fan grills. Will I need something beside the fan brackets to hold the fans in place now

please let me know what you think is the best way to do this.

i used metal cutters to cut them off.

now i just need to go buy a dremel and sand off some remaining sharp pieces.

the plastic brackets were the only thing holding the fans in. make sure you dont cut that part off the case.
