If I don't want to use the think ass window trim stuff to hold the window to the side panel, what's the best way to keep the window connected to the panel?:confused:
 
Drilling out the holes and pop-riveting it in place works well; depending on the look your going for.

if you want to be able to swap it out with other color plexi's then go for some screws, this way you can also change the look on the outside by changing the type of nut you put on it.
 
My preference is to drill holes then use nut & bolt. And I also like to make a tab for the hole.
