Hi there. I'm looking to make a custom P180 door out of lexan. My dad's a carpenter, so I have a lot of tools at my disposal, and he has a lot of lexan that he can cut to whatever size I need. The problem is, without going into a lot of fusing and so forth, I can't find a way to fit a custom-cut piece of lexan to the side. I'd rather not cut up my regular door, so I'm wondering, does anyone have any ideas on how to fasten the door to the side, or create some simple clasps or something?

Thanks.

One little bump...if I don't get a response a second time around, I'll just leave it be. :)

you could try to reuse the current hinge, that would probably be the easiest way if you ask me.

Well, I'm wondering, is there an easy way to bond lexan to itself? Does it have to be melted together, or can you use some sort of glue or epoxy or something?
