Very nice, about how big is that case? Comparable to the Qpack, Silverstone or is it more like the size of a Fragbox?

what type of metal is that? Nice welds.

found this at a local flea market , its common use is for security screen doors. you can find similar or same at mcmaster.com

Looks very cool. :) For some reason it kind of reminded me of something like an Aria/Qpack.

What material are you building the frame out of?

1/2 x 1/2 x 1/8 angle iron is used to make the frame

18 gauge galvanized sheet metal is used for rest

i call this revision 2 of the case ,

made the case 7/8 inch deeper so i could move radiator

added two more 80mm fans

moved power and reset switch cause i didnt have room in front anymore

moveing hard drives under the optical drive , with fans blowing through this should allow them to be cool.

now i need some low decibal 80mm fans

Did you design the case before buying the mobo? Or did you design the case around rhe mobo?

How did you get those epansion slot openings and fan openings? From other pc's?

i designed the case with motherboard i have here . the idea was to make a case smaller than my previous case before. i found out i positioned the drives in a area where they would be to hot . since then i have made changes so that the hard drives will be cooled by fans.

the only item i use from other computers is the motherboard tray and atx backport plate. the metal i purchase locally to me. the fan openings behind the mesh was cut with a dremal . the mesh is something i have had here for some time .
