Custom Keyboard Keys?

Does anybody know a store where you can provide a custom symbol or design so that it can be used to create custom keyboard keys?
 
You can supply WASD Keyboards with a file and he will custom engrave keys for you.

Did alot of searching as well. Seems to be pretty hard to find a good source.
I stumbled upon geekhack and seen a bunch of users with nice keyboards and custom keys.

Also found a site called keycapsdirect and it looks like they take custom orders.

What I would really like to find is a place where they can do custom keys for backlit keyboards. That would be really cool.
 
go to the geekhack group buys forum. Talk to the users who start up the group buys to see who you have to talk to so you can start your own. Then do an interest check. Then find out the pricing tiers from the factory and then start your own group buy.
