Custom iphone cases from Zazzle

I'm thinking about getting a custom case from Zazzle. Has anyone here ever used them to make stuff? The cases actually look pretty neat... I'm not an artist at all, so I probably won't design my own, but there are a whole bunch of designs on their iPhone page. Here's an example of one:
