Custom drive bays?

I remember seeing something here awhile back regarding a mod that you used in place of an empty 5.25" drive bay, that's basically a custom image with backlights behind to make it so the image is visible. I don't quite know what it would be called to search under, so I can't find this... any suggestions on where to look, or know any online mod sites that sell this sort of thing?
 
Since nobody apparently has any idea what i'm referring to, I will.heh. If it looks decent i'll post some pics.
