I want to build a case from scratch. I want to know where I can find these parts
1)A backpanel with I/O panel, PCI barckets, and PSU bracket
2) A hard drive cage
3) A 3 1/2 cage
 
1.I know you wanted a backpanel, but is the entire tray OK?

3. I'm not positive about this, but couldn't you use the 2 linkes above for your 3.5 devices?

OR you could just buy a cheap case and gut it
 
wait i'm sorry I also want a 5 1/4 rack. I got confuse with the hard drive rack also the replacement tray doesn't have some sort of support for the PSU
