I was thinking of making a wood case that looks alot like the old woodin tvs and customize the side to fit a monitor inside. Has this been done before? and or any good ideas on how I would go about this? I thought of taking one of my cases apart and just using the frame work and puting wood around it with i hing side. where would be a good place for fans to look like the old tvs? should I put them on the front or on the side next to the monitor? any ideas?

Like the old console tvs?

yes the old huge ones but make this case look like one, but the size of a computer tower

well if coarse maybe 24'' monitor pulled out of its shell might fit nicely

Id like to make the box not to bulky meaning same size as mid atx or maybe full atx idk if a 30" would fix

It wouldn't if you were looking to go that small with the case. I thought you meant a full sized console TV.

o no not that big something that would stand out and be interesting only cable you would see the the power cable coming out the side. id like to have all the cables hiddin inside.
