Custom case clings?

Does anybody know how/where I can get a custom cling made? I think I would rather do this than a paint job as I can get a more detailed look to it.

Basicly I want to be able to take some pics and photochop them into the arrangement I want and then either take that file to somplace and have them print me out a correct size clear cling or email it to a place and have them mail the completed item back to me.

Anyone????
