So I have wanted to make my own custom case for quite a while, and now I finally have the plans and everything drawn up. Now all that needs to be done is order the parts and make it happen. However, I don't know where I should get all the parts from.
I already have all the PC hardware (check my sig)
Here is all the stuff I need
1. Sheet aluminum (thickness suggestion would be sick)
2. Appropriate dremel pieces
a. 1/16th drill bit
b. Cutting disks
3. Paint (self etching primer, and black matte paint).
4. Motherboard standoffs.
5. Rear back plate (where are the PCI expansion slots and place for fan and motherboard back plate) Sorry I don't know what it is called.
6. Vandal Switches 22 mm and 16 mm.
7. White cable sleeving and black heatshrink.
8. All the appropriate wires for the front panel.
9. A front panel I/O connectors (4 usb, firewire, esata, and headphone and mic inputs)
10. Lian Li Harddrive racks (they look really nice and are really easy to mount).
11. Anything that you guys and gals suggest.
If you guys want to see my plans PM me and I will send you either pics of the sketchup or the google sketchup file.
Very Many Thanks,
Kielan
