Cursor issues?

When I my mouse cursor finds it's way over an icon and it sits for a while it seems to automatically open the shortcut up, does anyone know how to turn this option off?

Tweak UI>Mouse>X-Mouse

If the "Activation follows mouse (X-Mouse) box is checked, uncheck it, hopefully it will solve your problem.
