Current drivers for XFX 5830?

My card arrives today, I download and attempt to install the latest drivers, and....FAIL. Doesn't pick it up. I go back to 10.5 that I had and that did work. I fear this may be like the 4850X2 card I had where the drivers are never really updated for it. Anyone else have this problem? What drivers are you using?
 
What kind of card are you upgrading from? Did you clean out all older drivers before installing the 10.9 cats?
 
Cleaned out all drivers with driver sweeper. I also tried to update through Steam, same thing, does not install the Display Driver.

Well, it kind of worked...

Completed installation, then a prompt comes up and tells me the driver is not function and set it to low resolution and CCC will not run. I guess I will stick with the antique drivers for now.

UPDATE: After a random BSOD the computer restarted an works out of the blue (no pun intended). I had restarted before and it didn't help. Thanks, I forget AMD releases a hotfix 5 mins after a release.
