Interesting set of events. I have just transitioned to comcast for broadband access (was prev. using SBC DSL. As of right now, just using the vanilla setup (modem included).
Everything seems to work ok, until i start azureus (or so I think as of this time). At some point, it states "DHT Firewalled", and around that time frame, or maybe before (not sure) I loose all traffic, incoming and outgoing. When I go into ipconfig, I still have a valid IP / Gateway, however, I am now unable to /release & /renew my IP.
The only way to resolve this is to rebot my system (have left the modem on), and everything seems to work ok. This occurs with my Norton Corp. AV off and on, as well as the stock MS Firewall off and on.
Very confused by this, as well as a possible fix. Any ideas / input would be great. I am currently at work, so I will be unable to really test any ideas that ya'all may have for me.
