I have done the research and I know the different panel technologies. My question has to do with the panel colors. My tv, Sharp 1080p lcd, has a 10 bit panel and my Monitor, dell 22 inch tn panel, has a 6 bit panel. Which manufacturers make higher bit panels and how do I find them? I love the color reproduction from my tv panel compared to my monitor.

The colors you're seeing have nothing to do with 10 bit vs 6 bit. Most likely the differences are due to color gamut, gamma calibration, and viewing angles.

well the color gamut is effected by the panel, no matter what the panel has red green blue pixel but the sub pixels effect amount of colors output, so 6 bit is 64 color intensities per pixel, 8 bit is 256 per pixel, 10 bit is 1024 per pixel, 12 bit is 4096 per pixel, 14 bit is 16384 per pixel and 16 bit is 65536 per pixel. did some more research earlier thx for the input. But I am guessing I want 8 bit or better because my tn panel is 6 bit.

Unless you're doing extremely intense pro graphics work, you won't notice the difference between 6 and 8 bit

The color reproduction on your monitor has little to do with the bit depth, it's more about the actual quality of the panel, the resolution, the brightness, the gamut, the contrast, the gamma... etc.

10 bit is better than 6 bit, but that is NOT what you're seeing!

TV's aren't 10 bit they are 8+ the typical trickery.

8 bit vs 6bit does not matter, like Dorino and Toasty said it is most likely the Dell TN is junk, even for TN standards.
