From what I can tell of my IP address.........for some odd reason when I use the tool at BBreports it says my IP is registered to someone in VA........not South Carolina where I am

does that mean im being hacked or does that mean good things when someone tries to track it?

so no one can track me to my IP just my mac address? (kinda n00bish about this type of thing)
