Curious about newegg costumer's!

The card in my sign was bought as new from the egg but I think it was opened. No shrink wrap and one package looked like it was opened. Ticked me off but the card worked and oced fine so I did not mess with it.
 
Contact their customer service, they'll help you. Newegg & Amazon always helped me with my problems. Newegg sent me a used item once and gave me a full refund while allowing me to keep the item. Good Luck
