I don't put a TON of stock in 3d mark but I have a curious result I'm interested in learning more about. There is one major difference other than GPU vendor and that's resolution. Secondary rig is 1440p, the other is an ultra wide 1600p. Latest drivers on each, latest win 10, latest bios/firmware on each, and resize bar enabled on each G-Sync enabled on the 3090, freesync premium enabled on the 6900XT, 144hz each.
System in signature vs my secondary rig.
Secondary rig is a 5600X, B550M-Plus, Power Color Red Devil Ultimate 6900XT, 32 GB DDR4 3200, Sabrent Rocket PCIe4 1 TBx2
The 6900XT blew the 3090 out of the water with nearly 1000 more points, CPU scores similar.
15300 vs. 16100 or so.
I don't have a 1440p g-sync monitor available to do a side by side, but is there _that_ much difference in power here?
