I have a machine here with windows XP SP2 and a 15" CTX S501BA LCD monitor. I have tried 2 different drivers for this monitor but booting XP up in normal mode gives me an out of range message on the monitor and nothing else. I have to boot to VGA mode or SAFE mode.

I think XP SP2 is ignoring the refresh rates given to it by the driver. Any way to prevent it from doing this. Or does anyone know of a driver that will work with SP2.

Thanks,
Gav
