I bought a CTA Digital iDock which is a docking station for the iPod. The box clearly states that it supports 3rd - 5th gen iPods with both USB and Firewire. I get it home and plug in the firewire and I get a little red light and it says my iPod is charging on the iPod screen, but I cannot view the device in Windows. Nothing shows up at all actually. I then unplug that and try the USB. I get a installing new hardware thing like normal, but it calls it an unknown device and leaves it at that. It will not show up in My Computer or in iTunes. I searched the company website, but there are no drivers to download and there was no manual or anything of the sort in the box. Any clues to get this thing working before I return it? I would like it to work, but its not looking promising.
