Anyone know how to do this ?

Basically the same as the javascript but instead using only CSS.

ANy ideas?

A tooltip that follows the cursor using nothing but CSS? I don't think it can be done, would love to be proven wrong though.
 
Maybe it could be done with some advanced CSS2 or even CSS3 trickery, but don't count on it working on too many browsers.
 
I got a version working using CSS1 that pops up, so i guess that will have to do.

After all I want it all to validate :D
