Alright, my css was running fine before i got my new HD. But also when i got my new Sata HD i reinstalled windows, and instead of reinstalling XP i put on vista, now i will be running around in css and every few seconds my fps drops from ~100 to ~40 and then jumps right back up.. Can anyone help me out on this one?
