I have a gf4 ti 4200 and I am getting an image that look like this in my CS:Source timedemo
sourcewhite.jpg

Here is a ss of my driver stuff:
quadro4.jpg

I am not sure why it says quadro4, a friend of mine with a 4200 shows the same thing.

Here is what the picture should look like

Here is a ss from that one:

This was taken from a gf4 ti4400. Why will the 4400 render it correctly and the 4200 not?

i think its time for a new video card bud :D

really though, the ti4200 was a really great card (owned one for a long time) but its day has passed, lol

[shamless_plug]if you want im selling my 9600xt [/shamless_plug]

Ditto that...

the ti4200 is great card (owned one a ti4600 for a long time)

BUT i think its time for a new video card!!

[shamless_plug #2] if you want im selling my 5900 (non ultra)[/shamless_plug#2]

Better than his 9600XT!! :) plus you wont even have to change drivers (clean drivers) :p

it's a beta test...

that means, when you see shit like this, you file a bug report.

I am getting a 6600GT or a 6800 in the near future. I am just confused as to why the 4400 and the 4200 render it differently when they are the same chip.

61.45 plays the whole VST correctly for me on my laptop's mobile Ti4200.

I have tried the 61.45, 61.76, 61.77, and 62.11 drivers, and I get the same results each time.
