I want to make a server, but i guess its impossible with a router.

Is it possible to have 2 computers using the same IP adress?
 
just set the computer you want the server to run on as the DMZ in your router config page

you should be able to get to the config page by going to 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 in internet explorer
 
not impossible, get a mani admin plug in me and 5 of my friends run our own server off of an extra comp for the lans
