Crysis SP Sutter/Jerk when moving the mouse

Alright so I have the crysis single player installed and it was running perfectly yesterday.
Now I've got a new problem, whenever I move the mouse the game stutters.

If I move the mouse around constantly like in a circle the game will just freeze up until I stop, then it resumes normally.

I can load a level up and walk around with the WASD keys but as soon as I even touch the mouse it jerks and stutters.

WTH is going on ?

I had the same problem and closing xfire eliminated it Maybe try that?

I was lagging in the game menu, that really pissed me off lol.

Yeah, I had the exactly same thing. Closing (I mean, not using Xfire at all) Xfire fixed the problem, but I had to restart my computer for the problem to go away.
