What's the settings for Crysis in DX10?
When I optimize, it puts all the settings in medium with no AA.
 
did you try that patch that unlocks direct10 graphics in XP. If so could you compare the 2 and tell me what you think ?
 
You can use the built in stats generator to see the FPS or you can use Fraps.
Take note of what FPS looks jerky and tweak to keep above that.

The command to show FPS in Crysis is
Press the ~ key
type show r_DisplayInfo=1

Everything looks more detailed.
Its well worth it and quite easy.

You dont get the full quality of DX10 as some of DX10's filtering is better but it does look superb.
Be prepared for a noticable performance hit though
 
I run it in Vista DX10
I was wondering what settings you guys were putting for graphics settings with a 8800gt
