ZZ Top Commerical

Just saw this on TV. I don't know how I feel about it. Should I look at it kinda tongue-in-cheek? Meh. Maybe I am getting old and cynical.

I want this game not to suck.

I never played the second game, but love the first one.

awaiting my game key in the mail from AMD.

If you never played the second one expect some big changes from the first one. Completely different art style and mechanics.

I actually thought the commercial was a good approach in the devs not taking themselves too seriously. Crysis is not a "deep" game, it's always meant to be a shallow shooter.

However, that's not necessarily a bad thing since it does it well. So, for a top-of-the-line, empty, shallow, high-intensity action shooter, I'm betting it will be great. Just don't expect anything more out of it, as I'm not.

It's meant to be eye candy and just intense, shallow action. It's a nice change to have from so many games that take themselves so seriously, frankly.

I really could not get into 2 so its interesting to me that this one has new mechanics and art style.

The commericial is almost funny, I see they are taking cues from call of duty commercials.
