I think I'm waiting to see how Via's new one pans out. DDR2 scares me....well at least the price of it right now does.

I'm definately staying away from intel on these next few rounds, 775 scares me as does DDR2. Personally if i end up upgrading my 'Main' system it'll be a 939 Athlon.

There is the Via chipsets which will do DDR2 and DDR. As well as they were planning AGP And PCI-E on the same board. That's just making the move to newer chips and graphics beautiful.

I will admit. I have 2 LGA775 chips. Mostly because 1: I won a free computer from Dell from the Dellf The Elf Sweepstakes, so it came with one. and 2: From the Retail Employee Purchase program. But I didn't use the board that came with that one because it had DDRII and PCI-E and I still wanted to be able to use my DDR400 ram and my ATI Radeon 9800 Pro AIW card.
