So I see where Steam is advertising this game. Anyone play it? The screenshots make it look like a deeper Total War game without the combat. True? $39.99 seems like a lot; I'm curious how much playtime one could get out of this.
Well I picked this up from the Amazon sale. It's really fun. Really addictive. I didn't realize it's a Paradox Interactive game.
It's interesting to marry your heir to some chick with distant royal ties and then hire assassins to prune that royal family to the point that your grandson becomes the new king.
The downsides? The English Language is sometimes not the best, the UI isn't great, and it takes a while to get a handle on it. DLC is also a bit stupid.
