Today (11/17/11) Amazon is going to have the "Crucial 128 GB RealSSD C300 SSD under $180."
I'm in the market for a larger SSD, as the 40gb ssd I bought last year just isn't cutting it.
I hear great things about the M4 though, and wonder if it's worth it to hold out and wait for it go hopefully go on sale during the Thanksgiving deals.
Edit-
Looking at a price tracker for Newegg, it looks like the C300 has also been offered for 200$ in the past, and is a good deal older (Feb 2010) then the M4 (April 2011), which has been offered for as low as 170$ a few months ago
