I need help setting up my NEC FE991Sb, but I cant find any decent guides out there. Most of them confuse the hell out of me. :( Anyone have some?

I cant really explain my moniters problem....its "blurring"....I dont know if thats the right word though. It seems like there are two screens, because if I look at the screen from an angle, I cna see the exact same thing behind it ( on a dark background mostly ) So when im playing a game, the top layer looks fine, but the bottom layer kinda leaves a trail. Argh...too hard to explain.
