I am in trouble, my CRT monitor is messed up. The screen will suddenly shrink to like an inch big across the middle of the screen, the edges are black. IT's a KDS old 15"

It's an old monitor and I'm in need of a new one, but its weird, it works sometimes, then at first the top and bottom fold and distort so the top inch looks like it's bent, and after a while the whole screen goes bad. I can still shut it down and there's too white lines, the flash for the various start menus and such. I don't know what's wrong, could something be overheating?

At first it was like the monitor postioning controls were messed up, now it's useless half the time. Any ideas appreciated.
