Ok so I've got this 21" HP P1110 flat screen CRT.. The other day I noticed these little fuzzy vertical lines all over the screen.. I noticed I had recently installed new drivers on my ATI Radeon and it set my refresh rate to 60 hz.. So, I upped it to 180 hz and it "kind of" fixed it. It's better than it was, the lines just got smaller and almost unnoticable, and things became a lot more clear.. But it didn't do this right after I installed the drivers, it started doing this in the morning the next day when I turned on my computer.

I doubt it's the drivers because I'm running 3 monitors (one just running on a piece of junk card) but the other monitor running off of my ATI is just fine.. Any ideas?

no I already tried adjusting that, didn't do anything.. Tried demagnetize and everything.. No go.

Most likely, there is a chance it could just be electrical interferance but I had the same thing happen with a 32" TV I had a few years ago. It started displaying those little fuzzy lines and then one day it wouldn't turn on anymore.

Try running this monitor in a single-display configuration, in a number of different locations, to rule out interference. Connect it to another videocard/system to make sure it's not the videocard output. Check the monitor's cable for any kind of damage (damaged shielding).
