Hi everyone,

Long time reader, first time poster.

After hours of research I went ahead and bought the Crossover 27qw DP IPS. It arrived a couple of days ago, however after connecting it up it does not show a picture?? The purple LED light comes on for about 5 seconds when I press the power button, as does the backlight, then the LED light starts flashing a red/orange light, backlight goes off.

Also this model is meant to have a OSD which does not show up when pressing the menu button.

I have tried contacting the seller accessorieswhole or something like that but get no reply at all. The promised me they would check the monitor before hand to check everything is working and that there isn't any excessive backlight bleeding, well the monitor does not seem to be working, and the bottom right corner looks to have a lot of light coming through when the backlight lights up

I have tried connecting my MBPr with a mini DP to DP, my Dell XPS 13 with same connection, my MBPr with a hdmi and a ps3 with a hdmi to no avail.

Has anyone come across this problem before? I checked the forum, can't find anything.

If anyone can help, I'll would be very grateful, was really looking forward to using it this weekend.

Thanks in advance.
