Crossover 270q S-IPS panel defect?

I just received my Crossover but I have noticed short flickering lines on the display. They appear green and are horizontal, they get worse around the windows start menu and Steam window. I have a gtx 670 and the problem has only appeared on the crossover. I am guessing it may be the D-DVI cable that came with the monitor or even the power cable. Does anyone recognise this problem and know how to fix it?
