in xp crossfire seems to work but in ccc it shows a "disabled secondary adapter" even after enabling crossfire...it never shows as linked...and benchmarks don't show an improvement

in vista crossfire works, it shows "linked" in ccc, but it didn't initially work and finally after about the 10th reboot it saw the second card and prompted me to enable crossfire...

god ati software blows...wtf....

my 3dmark06 score went from 11,xxx in xp with crossfire enabled (not working) to 17,xxx in vista with crossfire enabled and working (after it magically started to work).

i have seen other people with the disabled second adapter in CCC in XP after enabling crossfire....has anyone found a resolution? i am guessing it might have something to do with being on a P45 board (pq5 pro).

For what it's worth, I have the same board and the same problem with XP. Vista works fine, although occasionally I get a code 39 on the second card after enabling/disabling crossfire in the CCC. A reboot always fixes it though. Odd.
