You think it will fit?

Also, do you think I could run two 4890s or GTX 275s on a 620W Corsair PSU with 3x12V rails @18A?

Thanks for any input you can provide :)

How much more juice you think I would need?

Driving an E6600@3Ghz, couple of HDs and all the case fans

It says 1000w when I do it.

A 1000w PSU certainly isn't necessary. Corsair just wants to make more money ;)

Word of advice. Don't cheap out on the PSU. Just spend the money on an awesome PSU and rest easier. You won't regreat it.

It will fit, but I'd suggest either cutting an intake fan opening in the side cover or running without the cover.

My secondary F@H box is in a P182SE. I was running SLI'd GTX280s. It now has a 280 and 285. You might end up with heat problems running a closed case.

Yeah, I was worried about that too. Maybe I will just wait for DX11 cards and do a full upgrade, I don't know.. so hard to decide.

HardOCP doesn't seem to have tested power consumption of GTX 275 in SLI, as far as I can tell. HardOCP found that a system with a GTX 275 pulls 389W when running Furmark, here, and 125W when idling with no video card. However you do the math, and even knowing that no game approaches Furmark for power consumption, it's cutting it too close when you realize that a PSU's power output declines with age. The 620HX is a great PSU but you just need more.
