Is CrossFire from ATI soly for Pci-express cards, Or will you be able to buy a x850 master card and lets say use an agp version of the x850xt.
 
Yeah it's PCI-E only.

If it worked with AGP, where would the 2nd card go? They don't make dual AGP motherboards, and a PCI slot isn't nearly fast enough. They do make one motherboard with a PCI-E and an AGP slot, however it's really an AGP slot ghetto modded to work on the PCI bus and is still too slow.
