Crossfire interference?

I was about to stick in my 4850s when I thought about my x-fi sitting in between them. Will there be any kind of interference from the video cards or the audio card if I leave it that way, or should I move the X-fi somewhere else? If it doesn't matter, I'll keep them as-is, less hassle.
 
I have mine set up with the two cards on top, and the soundcard at the very bottom, I would try and leave as much air space as possible between all the cards as you can.
